06/04/2026: I went to the fine dining section of this restaurant in 2024 (Google just published my review) and it was great! Been to many Michelin-starred restaurants before, this restaurant could rival many 2 stars restaurant in my pov! Would be good if it can seperate its name from the casual dining section which confuses people when we book. Was initially sceptical about the food because it looked like it's part of a restaurant chain and also had low expectations of the setting because of previous reviews. But it turned out that the fine dining restaurant has its own entrance, great service from door to a welcome area in front of a small garden when the gastronomy experience started with the chef personally presenting a potpourri basket where the real food looked just like the inedible potpourri! The artistry of the food was superb! Was quite impressed with the thin crackers that looked like tree bark! If you are looking for food that excite, reflect the region and actually taste good, then look no further! On top of it all, excellent local wine selection and a bit of nostalgia (loved the ice cream hand-churned by the table)! The best fine dining restaurant I tried during my short trip to Mallorca. If you have an EV car, you can potentially convince the hotel across the road to help charge your car for a small fee. Bon appetit!
