26/01/2020: Cena muy agradable en este coqueto restaurante situado en los bajos del hotel Urban. El local está decorado con mucho gusto, moderno, con mesas separadas que permiten tener intimidad. Atención exquisita y eficiente. Tomamos el menú Somos que son 10 pasos, lo que no significa 10 platos. Los snacks salados son 6 y los dulces otros 6. Los platos son sensacionales en su inmensa mayoría. El único que no nos pareció estar a la altura de los demás fue el cochinillo que parecía un paté más que otra cosa. Quizá por eso no le ponga un 5. Por último destacar el detalle de la presentación del menú. Espectacular doble hoja con la descripción literal y gráfica de los platos que vas a tomar.
25/11/2019: We were very excited to try this restaurant and the reviews were all very good. Restaurant ambience is nice and elegant, tables are large and not to close to others, that is appreciated. Service very friendly but not always as attentive as you would expect in a Michelin restaurant (we had to wait quite a while before someone came to ask us what we wanted to drink) and the waitress did not speak very clearly. Interesting and extensive wine list, good recommendation from the sommelier. Presentation of the dishes was very beautiful, some dishes were very good, there is good quality, but others were just ok. The “pulpo, pulpit” – octopus- was very good, the rice “salmorreta” as well, “cococha de merluza con esparragos” (hake with asparagus) interesting. What I liked less were the two main dishes, especially I missed some real meat (just a very small piece of cochinito - pig), that I did not like that much. There were some interesting textures, but I am more interested in taste. It is a good restaurant, but I missed the “wow” factor that I expect in a Michelin restaurant and have experienced in other restaurants, I was hoping for dishes so good to remember for years. I would put 3.5 stars if possible.
