12/02/2025: An unforgettable experience! We had an absolutely wonderful time at Mi Paella en el Huerto! Rafa, our instructor, had phenomenal energy, making the entire experience fun and engaging. The atmosphere was fantastic, and our group was full of energy, which made learning even more enjoyable. The English translator was amazing as well, radiating the same enthusiasm as Rafa, making sure everyone was involved and entertained. We learned how to make an authentic Valencian paella step by step, using fresh ingredients in a beautiful setting. The location and finca where we made the paella were like something out of a fairy tale. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it provided the perfect setting for this unforgettable experience. Everything was prepared to the highest standard—the setup, the equipment, and the ingredients were all top quality. You could see the attention to detail in every aspect, making the experience even more special. If you're visiting Valencia, this is a must-do experience!
