First of all, don't take the 4 stars as something negative. The restaurant has changed owners, at the moment they do not serve rice and the dishes that were once made in that restaurant, words of the owner: not being of Spanish origin, but rather of English origin, they do not know how to make the type of rice what is done in that area and surrounding areas, and they have not taken the restaurant to deceive people, which I strongly applaud, to go ahead and say, we are from England and we don't know how to do it, and we prefer not to deceive anyone. There are job offers published to work there, making rice, in case any reader is interested. At the moment they serve a menu of the day, with coffee or dessert for €12, with 3 passes. It was made as they know, in their own way, but everything was delicious, do not expect them to serve the Spanish way, because they are not of Spanish origin, although if they live in Spain for about 20 or 30 years, perhaps in the future and with the people suitable, if they make wood-fired rice again one day.
