Good food, great looking restaurant, very professional chefs.
Especially the croquetas de chorizo were… wow… a real treat!
The arroz con carne was also good. I would recommend these two or one of the aged beef lasagna.
The tarta de manzana was super soggy and overly sweet for me, I left 70% of it. My friend had a cheesecake and said it was good!

Nos ha encantado el sitio, la carta, el ambiente y la comida. El local es un poco pequeño y para grupos grandes es complicado. Pero ofrecen todo tipo de facilidades, incluso si vas con un carrito o necesitas una trona.
Volveré seguro.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Bacao during a recent trip to Sevilla, and we’re already talking about going back. From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional, offering a fresh take on contemporary Spanish cuisine while staying true to quality and flavor.
We started by sharing a half-portion (“una media”) of Chorizo croquettes. They were absolutely spot-on: freshly made, perfectly fried with a light, golden crunch, and seasoned just right — rich and flavorful without being overpowering. A great way to open the meal.
For tapas, we couldn’t resist the Brioche rib bread. It was outstanding. The meat was so tender it literally melted in our mouths, and the sauce the chef paired it with elevated the dish even further — rich, slightly sweet, and expertly balanced. It was one of those bites you immediately want to savor as long as possible.
For the main course, we shared the Codillo de Cerdo (pork knuckle), and it was another highlight. The pork itself was fantastic: high-quality, juicy, and cooked to perfection. What really surprised us was the rice accompanying it — every grain perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and a wonderful complement to the richness of the pork.
The atmosphere at Bacao was warm and lively without being too loud, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, making the evening even more enjoyable.
En busca de nuevos sitios que probar en Sevilla…reservamos en Bacao. Local pequeñito pero donde tuvimos una experiencia sublime. Nos pedimos como entrante las zamburiñas al beurre blanc, se las vimos a otros comensales y nos llamaron la atención, no defraudaron! Como principal a compartir nos pedimos el Arroz “Señorito” de choco y langostinos, punto del arroz muy bueno y sabroso. Para terminar la Tarta fundente de Chocolate al 70% con chantili de mascarpone, he de decir que la presentación está así porque pedimos la chantilli a parte, pero estaba delicioso. Relación calidad - precio excelente y sin olvidar al personal que estuvo muy atento. Volveré

Restaurant molt aprop de la Giralda, molt endressat, maco, el servei molt bé, et recoma en al moment, i tot i ser setmana santa, vàrem diinar força bé i força rápid!

fomos muito bem atendidos por Salvatore.
restaurante pequeno, agradável e confortável. ótimas entradas e bebidas. bebemos vinho branco e tinto da casa, gin tônica e cerveja. dadinhos de entrada, salmão, bacalhau e lasanha. todos ficaram satisfeitos.
uma surpresa final foi a sobremesa do dia, fora do cardápio, mousse de chocolate. deliciosa.

Locale piccolo ma molto carino ed accogliente, personale gentile .
Abbiamo ordinato delle tapas ed una paella di pesce , nonostante sia in una zona estremamente turistica siamo rimaste soddisfatte sia dal cibo che dall’accoglienza

Ristorante scoperto per caso passeggiando per il centro, molto carino e personale molto gentile e si è rivelato una vera chicca!
Abbiamo provato la brioche con il Pulled pork, le patatas bravas e le classiche croquettas tutto ottimo. Inoltre abbiamo preso la classica paella di mare pure molto buona.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
