18/09/2025: VERGONZOSO lo que me ha ocurrido hoy jueves, día 18/9/2025! Voy a menudo porque es uno de los chiringuitos que más me gustan en la Patacona. Siempre hago uso de hamaca y sombrilla, (10 €+ 10€) pero hoy, casualmente, llevaba una silla de playa, por lo que les he pedido, nada más llegar, alquilar solamente la sombrilla ya que iba a consumir allí. Se han negado porque dicen que se debe pagar hamaca también, se use o no, que es un pack (aunque los precios se indican por separado) y lo del pack no aparece por ningún sitio Aún así, me he retirado unos metros de las hamacas, (no los suficientes de terreno “acotado”) entre otras cosas, porque posiblemente el helado comprado en el chiringuito, estaría derretido al llegar a la orilla del mar. Finalmente, han llamado a la POLICIA para que me echaran!!! y entonces sí me han dejado pagarles los 10 € de la sombrilla que yo les había pedido desde mi llegada Deben indicar claramente que es un pack de 20€ indivisible y no 10 € de sombrilla + 10 de hamaca. Es una falta de ética total, un engaño y totalmente desproporcionado llamar a la policía con una cliente habitual, que en ningún momento me negué a pagar el uso que estaba haciendo. I always use a sunbed and umbrella (€10 + €10), but today, coincidentally, I had a beach chair with me, so as soon as I arrived, I asked them to rent me just the umbrella, as I was going to eat and drink there. They refused because they said I had to pay for the sunbed too, whether I used it or not, as it was a package deal (even though the prices are listed separately) and the package deal isn't mentioned anywhere. Even so, I moved a few meters away from the sun loungers (not far enough from the “enclosed” area), among other things, because the ice cream I bought at the beach bar would probably be melted by the time I got to the seashore. Finally, they called the POLICE to have me removed!!! And then they let me pay them the €10 for the umbrella that I had asked for since my arrival. They should clearly indicate that it is an indivisible €20 package and not €10 for the umbrella + €10 for the hammock. It is totally unethical, deceitful, and completely disproportionate to call the police on a regular customer who at no point refused to pay for the service she was using.
