31/05/2025: I arrived at this restaurant as a tourist on Saturday, April 9, 2025. I was trying to translate the menu to better understand it with Google Translate. There was a couple buying food in front of me, so I took the time to decide what to order. After the couple left, I figured this would be my chance to finally order. There was a bit of a language barrier with the person serving me, but we got through it. I finally decided what I wanted to eat, and when I went to tell them, the same couple came back asking about chicken. The server immediately ignored my order and went to help the man who had already been served. He then told me to wait while he started helping the previous man AGAIN. I stood there and waited, and the previous customer took a moment to try to figure out his situation with the chicken, only to turn to me in what I assume was a half-hearted apology for interrupting my order and for his forgetfulness. So I left the restaurant. A waste of time and very disrespectful. I walked 30 minutes only to be ignored, even after waiting patiently for him the first time. Once you start taking care of a customer, you're DONE taking care of them. You don't interrupt them in the middle of an order. I'll just take my business elsewhere. This place needs to improve, both the staff and the locals. I know this review will fall on deaf ears and nothing will be done. I also know this establishment won't care much about this review. And it shows in the way they deal with customers. Especially foreigners. I'm aware of the tourist protests in the area. Intentaba traducir el menú para entenderlo mejor con Google Translate. Había una pareja comprando comida delante de mí, así que me tomé mi tiempo para decidir qué pedir. Después de que se fueran, pensé que esta sería mi oportunidad de pedir por fin. Hubo una pequeña barrera idiomática con la persona que me atendía, pero la superamos. Finalmente decidí qué quería comer, y cuando fui a decirles, la misma pareja regresó preguntando por pollo. El camarero ignoró mi pedido de inmediato y fue a ayudar al hombre que ya había sido atendido. Luego me dijo que esperara mientras él volvía a atender al anterior. Me quedé allí esperando, y el anterior cliente se tomó un momento para intentar entender su situación con el pollo, solo para volverse hacia mí en lo que supongo fue una disculpa poco entusiasta por interrumpir mi pedido y por su olvido. Así que me fui del restaurante. Una pérdida de tiempo y una gran falta de respeto. Caminé 30 minutos solo para que me ignoraran, incluso después de esperarlo pacientemente la primera vez.
