19/04/2025: I came to this restaurant as a tourist on Saturday April 9th, 2025. I was trying to translate the menu to understand it better with google translate. There was a couple buying food in front of me so I took advantage of the time to figure out what to get. After the couple left I figured that was my opportunity to finally order. There was a small language barrier with the person working but we worked through it. I finally figured out what I wanted to eat and as I went to say it, the same couple came back in asking about chicken. The worker immediately ignored my order and went to help the man that has already being helped. He then told me to wait as he started helping to previous man AGAIN. I stood and waited and the previous customer took his time to figure his chicken situation only for him to turn to me in what I assume was a half assed apology for basically interrupting my order for his forgetfulness. So I left the restaurant. A waste of time and disrespectful. I walked 30 minutes only to be overlooked even after I patiently waited for him the first time. Once you are taking care of a customer; you FINISH taking care of that customer. You don’t cut them off in the middle of an order. I will just take my business elsewhere. This place has to do better, workers and locals alike. I know this review will fall on deaf ears and nothing will be done. I am also aware this establishment not will care much about this review. Estaba tratando de traducir el menú para entenderlo mejor con Google Translate. Había una pareja comprando comida frente a mí, así que aproveché el tiempo para averiguar qué comprar. Después de que la pareja se fuera, pensé que esa era mi oportunidad de finalmente ordenar. Había una pequeña barrera lingüística con la persona que trabajaba, pero la superamos. Finalmente me di cuenta de lo que quería comer y cuando fui a decirlo, la misma pareja volvió preguntando por el pollo. El trabajador inmediatamente ignoró mi orden y fue a ayudar al hombre que ya estaba siendo ayudado. Luego me dijo que esperara mientras él empezaba a ayudar al hombre anterior OTRA VEZ. Me quedé de pie y esperé y el cliente anterior se tomó su tiempo para averiguar su situación de pollo solo para que se volviera hacia mí en lo que supongo que fue una disculpa a medias por básicamente interrumpir mi pedido por su olvido. Así que me fui del restaurante. Una pérdida de tiempo e irrespetuoso. Caminé 30 minutos solo para que me pasaran por alto, incluso después de esperarlo pacientemente la primera vez. Una vez que estás cuidando a un cliente; TERMINAs de cuidar a ese cliente. No los cortas en medio de un pedido. Solo llevaré mi negocio a otro lugar. Este lugar tiene que hacerlo mejor, trabajadores y lugareños por igual. Sé que esta revisión caerá en oídos sordos y no se hará nada.
