09/01/2026: Mi experiencia en el restaurante Mano Lenta fue extremadamente decepcionante. No solo la comida estuvo por debajo de las expectativas debido a qué servían porciones diminutas y nos terminó cayendo mal a todos los comensales, sino que también tuve un problema serio con el servicio al cliente. En un incidente lamentable, me mancharon la ropa y, en lugar de hacerse cargo de la situación de manera adecuada, el personal se mostró indiferente y poco dispuesto a resolver el problema. Tras hablar con la dueña del restaurante, ella derivó el incidente al seguro del restaurante y se despreocupó. No puedo recomendar este restaurante debido a su falta de responsabilidad y su pobre servicio al cliente. ——————— English Below ——————- My experience at Mano Lenta restaurant was extremely disappointing. Not only was the food below expectations because they served small portions and ended up being bad for all diners, but I also had a serious problem with customer service. In one unfortunate incident, a waiter stained my clothes and instead of addressing the situation appropriately, the staff were indifferent and unwilling to resolve the issue. After speaking with the restaurant owner, he referred the incident to the restaurant's insurance and stopped worrying. I cannot recommend this restaurant due to their lack of responsibility and poor customer service.
