07/05/2024: Horrible service waited over an hour for food. The blond woman who runs the restaurant has a combative attitude. She has no apologies for the late delivery. She took 30 min to take the order which is unacceptable. She responded to the complaint by telling us not come again when we complained. How immature and weak for a manager. She even sent her team in to smooth over the mess that she has made with her arrogance. They were excellent and very nice people. It’s a shame that she hid behind them. Avoid her and her restaurant. Terrible attitude with the highest level of arrogance. The quality of the food is good. The cook is good. The price for quality is not - management issue. Customer service is good until the the manager woman arrives. The manageress/owner ruined everything in our opinion. The worst restaurant owner/ manager I have ever encountered. Meeting this owner was truly an awful experience. I am still trying to understand her extreme negative attitude and hostility towards the public. Gracias por tu repuesta. He escrito en inglés para turistas a entender. Hablamos 100% en castellano y no hay problemas idiomáticas. La rubia ha dicho no vuelvas otra vez. Ha dicho antes de comer. Si actitud era fatal. Y ahora estás intentando a mentir. Para entender servicio era fatal. Actitud era fatal. Experiencia horrible. Y tu precios son altos y x la calidad fatal. Pero luego hay la camarera/dueña. Pero si no aceptas, puedo visitarte solo para hablar con vosotros sobre el tema. Es lamentable que tenéis (tienes) tanta arrogancia para no pedir disculpas. Siempre hay excusas. Pero si no puedes aceptar q tu servicio era fatal es tu problema. Hasta mi próxima viaje a arcos.
